About Chef Monica


Chef Monica started cooking at the tender age of two! 

In her Fisher Price kitchen, she served up fried eggs and pancake breakfasts to her neighbors in her native Puerto Rico .  As soon as she was able to reach the stove, she started cooking under the supervision of her mother and grandmother.

Over the years she has become a self-taught, accomplished cook, who prides herself in her ability to provide healthy, yet flavorful meals.  All this while incorporating seasonal ingredients, that emmanate for a large portion of the year, from local Farmer's Market. 

Her talent and passion for the culinary arts led her to formally incorporate what she had been doing as a hobby for the past ten years.

Chef Monica is Serve Safe Certified , is a member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association , and a member of Women Chefs and Restaurateurs.
